Our Project Process

Know what to discuss before an exterior project moves forward.

1. Share your goals

Tell us which part of the exterior you are considering, what concerns you have noticed, your property location, and how to reach you. Photos and style references can help explain your priorities.

2. Discuss the scope

Review the existing conditions, available options, and the components involved. Ask which additional information is needed before a proposal can be prepared.

3. Review the written proposal

Check materials, preparation, removal, disposal, cleanup, timing, payment terms, and any applicable product or workmanship coverage. Resolve questions before agreeing to the work.

4. Confirm the next steps

Agree on access, property preparation, communication, and the process for handling changes. A request for an estimate is the start of a conversation, not a booked appointment or signed contract.
